Facial massage oil for dry skin

For people with dry skin it is highly recommended that they use oils that are high in oleic fatty acid because they are richer and will seal in moisture into you skin better. I have never known anyone who's dry skin changed its course with age as dry skin lacks oleic fatty acid in the skin and which also tends to cause wrinkles easily if not moisturized properly everyday. One should always use cream base cleanser or olive oil cleanser as both are the best for dry skin type.

Some of the best oils to use on dry skin are camellia oil, safflower oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, sweet almond oil and coconut oil. All these oils are rich in oleic fatty acid i.e. omega-9 and they are rich in antioxidants, vitamin E, helps retains water in your skin and these oils helps protect the skin from environmental and sun damage as well.

MASSAGE

The method to use oil while indulging in a facial treatment one needs to cleanse the face first with a mild cleanser and rinse it off with warm water then pat it dry with soft washcloth. In the next step gently massage face by taking a generous amount of grape seed oil in your palm and begin massaging in an upward strokes motion with your fingers i.e. from my laughter line to temple bone covering all of your cheek area, from your brow to your hair line in upward strokes throughout your entire forehead, above your lips and on your chin you need to massage by going straight horizontally by having your index finger above your lips and middle finger rubbing under your lips. Massaging skin around your eyes one needs to be careful with the pressure as it should be done very gently in circular motion starting from inner corner of your eyes and for nose this is the only feature that needs to be massage in downward strokes you take both of your thumbs and rub it starting from the inner corner of your eyes and ending on the tip of the nose with slight upward stroke at the end of your nose tip. You should treat your neck, chin and jaw altogether by massaging oil in upward stroke starting from the bottom of my neck and ending it on your chin or jawline. You can either  massage  for 30 seconds or 60 seconds on each area and after you are done just take the soft washcloth damp it in hot water and take excess water of it a bit and then spread it over your face for 2 to 3 minutes as it will help the oils to penetrate deep into the skin. You should remove it from face then gently rub it on your face with gentle circular motion to get rid of excess oil and then apply your skin care mask depending on your skin that day i.e. what it requires at that particular moment.
